Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for Zuora operational support enabling Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to attain their KPIs and strategic objectives.
Support the optimization of Cority’s Zuora environment to align with company growth goals and evolving business strategies.
Partner with end-users and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and maintain workflows and integrations within the Zuora billing platform.
Collaborate with RevOps Specialists to support Zuora integrations.
Effectively manage, prioritize and resolve operational tasks.
