1. 全面负责酒店财务管理工作，包括会计核算、预算编制与执行、成本控制、税务申报及财务分析；
2. 组织建立健全酒店财务管理制度和内部控制流程，确保财务运作合法合规；
3. 定期向酒店管理层及业主方提供财务报告、经营分析及管理建议，支持经营决策；
4. 统筹协调外部审计、税务稽查及集团财务检查工作，落实整改要求；
5. 指导并监督财务团队日常作业，开展业务培训与绩效管理。

1. 大专及以上学历，财务、会计、审计或相关专业，持有初级会计职称，具备中级会计职称或CPA、CMA者优先；
2. 具有3年及以上酒店、大型服务业或集团化企业财务管理工作经验，熟悉五星级酒店（尤其是洲际、万豪、雅高、凯悦等国际品牌）财务体系者优先；
3. 熟练掌握国家财经法规、会计准则及税务政策，具备较强的财务分析、风险识别与合规管理能力；
4. 熟练使用主流财务软件（如Oracle、SAP、用友、金蝶）及Office办公软件；
5. 具备良好的职业道德、责任心与保密意识，无违法违规记录；
6. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神及跨部门推动能力。
