Experienced in a professional environment with strong configuration experience with the Zoho CRM Platform – Does not need to be an absolute expert in Zoho but strong knowledge in support/administration is preferred
Specific configuration experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Directory, Zoho Dataprep, and Zoho Analytics applications – understanding of how each individual function of the platform functions
Experience configuring the screen flow of Zoho CRM in CANVAS
Must possess strong and concise communication skill fit for working with cross functional teams
PLUS SKILLS:
Possession of any Zoho Certifications (CRM Administrator Preferred)
Any Zoho development experience to help customize the view of the UI
