Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and creative Youth Programs Coordinator to enhance, sustain, and expand ARCAs youth programs (ages 5‑17) while overseeing the planning, staffing, and delivery of our annual summer day camp. The ideal candidate will bring energy, strong project management skills, and a commitment to community development.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Delivery: Develop, coordinate, and implement year‑round youth programs such as after‑school activities, youth leadership, girls group, sport drop‑ins, and special events. Ensure programs are inclusive, accessible, safe, and aligned with ARCAs mission.
