The Opportunity: The Youth Outreach Worker (YOW) works with our youth team to engage and support youth and to encourage them to live life better. The YOW role focuses on community building and outreach to teens and preteens in our neighborhood which involves building relationships, not only with youth, but also with our partners and other community agencies. This work involves providing 1:1 support, group facilitation, facilitating drop-in programs, school presentations, out-trips, and larger community events. Our team’s emphasis is on prevention and restoration focused on youth aged 10 to 24.
Contract Details:
Full-time permanent position, working 35 hours per week, primarily Monday thru Friday.
Hourly wage is $22.00 - 26.00.
