Job Description

The Youth Hub Coordinator – Admin Specialist is responsible for providing a range of administrative and operational supports within the Integrated Youth Hub, Kickstand, to ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of services. This role is within the Kickstand GP team at Sunrise House. This position supports the smooth coordination of programming, daily operations, and youth-centered services while assisting the Housing and Hub Manager with administrative, organizational, and communication tasks. This role contributes to creating a welcoming, organized, and responsive environment for youth, staff, and partner agencies.

• Prepare and maintain records including case notes, case plans, and critical incidents reports for community youth.
• Build positive rapport and trusting relations with all visitors at Sunrise House.
