Take full ownership of store business operations, responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, and executing headquarters' strategies on the ground.
Manage daily store operations including staffing, merchandise, displays, inventory, customer service, and customer experience.
Recruit, train, schedule, and conduct performance management for store staff, building an efficient team to support both sales and service.
Act as the business owner of the store — oversee foot traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value, marketing campaigns, new product launches, brand standards, and maintain relationships with the mall and headquarters.
Qualifications
Associate degree or above. Have basic English ability (not a must, prefer).
Minimum 2 years of retail store management experience; 3C/mobile phone/consumer electronics industry preferred.
