**What You Will Do:**
+ This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
+ The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors, and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement toaccomplishthe policy deployment objectives.
+ Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safetycomplianceand customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
