Responsible for managing 1-2 projects at a time (including GC and larger-scale restoration & repair projects, etc.) to ensure on‑time delivery within the agreed upon budget.
Manage subcontractors on scheduling, quality control, understanding and resolving issues and verifying work is completed in accordance with project budget and specifications.
Review all assigned projects to schedule deliverables, track costs and report on.
Meet contractual conditions and performance.
Manage key metrics and report on as required.
Work collaboratively with customers, sales reps, roofing contractors, superintendents, and roofing technicians to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as select and manage all sub‑contractors.
Uphold high standards for health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy.
