+ Manage day-to-day workplace operations, including service requests, maintenance, and office functionality + Monitor and respond to facilities issues through internal systems (Eptura), ensuring timely resolution + Conduct regular site walk-throughs to maintain workplace standards, safety, and cleanliness + Support basic facilities tasks such as workspace setup, minor repairs coordination, and AV support
