The Workforce Transformation Manager leads end‑to‑end HR and payroll transformation initiatives that align with clients’ overall strategy and enhance employee experience and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PwC professionals on high‑profile client engagements.
• Lead a variety of HR engagements, including HR Strategy, Payroll Strategy & Transformation, Organization Design, Function Effectiveness & Design, HR Technology Roadmap and Implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dayforce, and other payroll technologies), Workforce Planning, People Analytics & Insights, Job Architecture, Skills Management, Integrated Talent Management, and AI in HR.
