What is the opportunity?The Workforce Planning Manager will serve as a strategic partner to RBC's Global Functions & Technology division, developing and executing comprehensive workforce capacity plans aligned with the organizational objectives and key performance indicators. This role will provide GFT leadership with data-driven insights to enhance capacity flexibility, identify emerging risks, and optimize resource allocation across the enterprise.What will you do?Strategic Leadership & Governance: Support the senior leadership strategy with contributions as a direction and methodology for the analysis, structure, and storage of critical workforce data. Establish and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, efficient data services delivery.
