Why this Role is Important Fanshawe College is undergoing an exciting multi-phase Cloud ERP transformation project called Fanshawe One powered by Workday, a strategic initiative aimed at modernizing our core administrative systems for employees and students. The project was designed with 3 phases: Phase 1 Core Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance, Phase 2 Adaptive Planning and Phase 3 Student. With Phase 1 & 2 complete, we have created a Workday Sustainment Team to support the HCM, Finance, and Adaptive Planning modules.
