Experience
Associate / Consultant – 2–4 years of experience in technical consulting, software development, integrations, or enterprise system implementations (ERP, HCM, Financials).
Experience participating in the design or development of custom technical solutions on enterprise platforms.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in client‑facing environments.
Senior Consultant – 4+ years of experience designing and leading complex technical solutions, including extended applications, process automation, or advanced integrations within enterprise ecosystems.
