✅ Key Responsibilities- Review caregiver preferred hours and availability using Point-of-Care scheduling software.
- Identify open client shifts and strategically match and fill vacancies based on client needs and caregiver preferences.
- Analyze schedules to optimize caregiver utilization and maximize coverage.
- Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and branch staff to ensure a seamless experience.
