Lead end‑to‑end execution of BTL marketing programs for Motorola Insiders, including activations, contests, incentives, and retail initiatives
Manage administrator responsibilities, including prize ordering and fulfillment, NPI support, training localization, demo mode localization, and Costco skid coordination
Own finance and budget management, including internal budget tracking and alignment with finance teams
Execute and support partnership initiatives, including TVCs, on‑site branding, banding, and activation execution
Oversee contest and promotional mechanics, including social, CRM, contests, GWP, and reward & recognition execution
Develop and execute carrier programs, including incentive creation, sourcing, T&Cs, fulfillment, and compliance
Manage GWP programs, including sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, and vendor coordination
