Key Responsibilities:
• Operate cellar equipment for effective grape processing
• Sort and process grapes while preserving varietal characteristics
• Collaborate on fermentation monitoring and juice transfers
• Conduct cleaning and maintenance of cellar equipment
• Assist with packaging duties once wines are ready
Requirements:
• Pursuing education in winemaking or a related field
• Prior harvest experience is a bonus
