• Manage physical and VM environments (VMware ESX, vCenter, P2V/V2V migrations)
• Handle L3 escalations, on-call rotations, and SLA compliance
• Hardware troubleshooting and firmware upgrades (HP, Dell, IBM)
• Security hardening, performance monitoring, and documentation
