The Window Installer Foreman is responsible for leading and coordinating installation crews to ensure high-quality window and door installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage schedules, crews, and on-site problem-solving while maintaining excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and commercial job sites.
Coordinate daily installation activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation specifications.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and building code requirements.
Conduct site inspections and resolve installation issues as they arise.
