**Key Responsibilities** - Lead and coordinate technical teams in the assembly of electrical harnesses according to WHMA/IPC-620 standards. - Set up assembly tools and fixtures using cable layout boards. - Read, interpret, and follow assembly instructions for wire harnesses. - Actively participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, including the selection of machines, tools, and fixtures for cost-effective manufacturing. - Design and integrate support tools, test devices, and fixtures into production processes. - Develop manufacturing methods and work instructions for electrical and electromechanical components. - Select appropriate components (connectors, backshells, cables/wires, shielding, coverings, etc.) that meet customer design requirements and local material availability. - Provide technical guidance to production facilities and launch sites. - Coordinate activities with product engineers and manufacturing personnel. - Participate in the ...
