The Thrift Store Supervisor provides supervision and oversight of the agency’s thrift store operations to generate revenue to support OZH Foundation’s Mission. The Supervisor will supervise the staff and volunteers, oversee sales, donations of merchandise, and promotion of the store in the community. The supervisor will be responsible for filling out the necessary paperwork for new volunteers and submitting them to Foundation Manager. In accordance with applicable policy and procedures, assists Ozarks Healthcare staff in the delivery of non-clinical services as directed by supervisory and staff personnel.
