What you'll do + Design, develop, and deliver wellness-focused content across internal communication channels that align with organization well-being objectives. + Identify relevant wellness topics and produce engaging materials such as presentations, and digital resources. + Collaborate with internal partners to create wellness initiatives, campaigns, and events. + Maintain time and absence policies, ensuring alignment with HR standards, compliance requirements, and best practices. + Gain a thorough understanding of all employee benefits, retirement and savings and wellness programs. + Serve as a resource for questions related to leave, absence and related HR policies. + Act as tier 2 support for questions related to all employee programs. + Support administration of employee benefit programs, including: + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Employee discount programs + Wellness programs and challenges + Monitor program utilization, engagement, and ...
