**What You’ll Do**:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces
- Build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow with precision
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to bring ideas to life
- Optimize designs with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
- Continuously improve designs based on data, feedback, and best practices
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Webflow (CMS, interactions, animations, and custom code)
- Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and an understanding of web development best practices
