About the Role

Reports to: Director of Web Operations & Delivery

We're looking for a WordPress Developer who's past the basics and ready to own real work. You bring solid technical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and Claude Code is already part of how you work – not something you're just getting started with. You can take a Figma prototype and turn it into a clean, fully responsive build independently – whether it's an internal Search Atlas property or a client deliverable. You don't need your hand held through a project, but you know when to ask questions and how to communicate clearly when you do.
