Become the critical contact point for homeowners as a Warranty Administrator at Empire Homes in Niagara Region, Ontario. Manage Tarion warranty processes and coordinate technicians for timely repairs.

Empire Homes is seeking a Warranty Administrator to handle homeowner inquiries post-closing. This position requires 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience and strong organizational skills. You will document and communicate warranty requests, ensuring effective follow-up with the construction and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and document warranty inquiries from homeowners
• Coordinate follow-up with customers and service teams
• Schedule and reschedule trade partners for repairs
• Engage managers for escalations when necessary
• Enter work orders in NewStar programs
