Responsibilities
Act as primary contact for customer product concerns
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
Supervise dock staff and daily operations
Complete shipping documentation and paperwork
Manage billing and invoicing
Perform weekly inventory counts
Process returns
Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures
