+ 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Team Lead + Ability to over-look and manage 15+ employees + Experience operating Forklifts
**Job Duties**
+ Assist the supervisor with leading a team of Warehouse Associates, providing guidance, training and performance feedback + Allocate warehouse activities (e.g. receiving, picking, replenishment, loading, inventory control etc.) + Coordinate labour requests for other departments as required + Effectively prepare for shift, and hand off duties to the next shift, ensuring the next shift set up for success + Maintain clear and effective communication with the warehouse team, management and other departments to ensure smooth operations + Maintain and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
