Essential Job Roles And Responsibilities
Execute GT (Group Technology) Methodology to store components according to their point of use to ensure the percentage of reliability of the inventory assigned by the company.
Implement fixed locations of components and ensure compliance with the FIFO methodology.
Develop and implement maximum and minimum controls in warehouses.
Monitor the internal flow of materials, through transfers between warehouses and closing production orders.
Develop, implement, and maintain kanban areas in production.
Monitor the entry and exit of materials with subcontracted suppliers, according to the procedures established by the organization.
