Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team in Nanaimo, Canada. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Receive, count, and verify incoming vendor materials and customer returns
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
  • Assist in servicing customers at the counter when needed
