Warehouse and Logistics Specialist

Join our Operations team as a Warehouse and Logistics Specialist. You will collaborate across customer service, supply chain, warehouse and finance to deliver excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities include reconciling inventory, utilizing SAP and JDE, resolving reconciliation issues and developing best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Generate a daily inventory reconciliation discrepancy report (SAP and JDE Comparison to WMS).
• Investigate and complete root cause analysis to validate inventory balances and transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Complete daily reconciliation of shipments between SAP and JDE and WMS to ensure packing slips, BOL and invoicing are completed on time.
• Manage scrap, sample and spare parts inventory in SAP and JDE.
