-Supervise the day-to-day activities of warehouse supervisors, warehouse keepers and helpers, in order to ensure that procedures are followed and duties are completed timely and to the required standards and takes appropriate corrective action when needed - Monitor warehouse stock and ensures that inventory is stored in a First in First out (FIFO) basis in order to enable effective stock management.
- Monitor and maintains a clean, tidy and safe working environment in the warehouse, to avoid any unnecessary accidents and to project an organized and clean image that promotes more efficient work processes
- Collect, prepare and report data for returns, incoming and outgoing products to maintain accurate records, ensure claims can be processed and costs recovered.
- Supervise the process of received company’s products in order to ensure that the right quantity has been delivered and there are no defects or damage to the products.
