Overview

The Ward Aide is accountable for the delivery of support services that promote patient focused care. The Ward Aide is responsible for selected duties related to maintenance of a secure and clean work environment and for selected duties as they relate to patient care. The Ward Aide is also responsible for specific equipment and supplies in the patient care area.

Education

Grade 12 or equivalent.
