Time Commitment

• Low: ~1-2 hours per week
• High: ~5 hours per week

Main Responsibilities

• Attend regular meetings and all election-related events.
• Organize meetings in coordination with the Co-Chairpersons and Vice Chairperson.
• Plan team socials for the CUS Elections Committee.
• Take effective meeting minutes during team meetings and distribute them to members within 24 hours.
• Assist at the promotional and polling booths.
• Collaborating with the Co-Chairpersons, create, oversee, and maintain the Committee’s budget.
• Handle and process all candidate and Committee member reimbursements.
• Complete financial projections and cost analysis projects.
• Remain up-to-date about CUS financial procedures.
