Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for property management operations across British Columbia, focusing on A‑class office assets. Establish and execute strategic priorities aligned with Colliers’ national platform, client objectives, and growth strategy. Oversight of a complex portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and consistent service delivery. Partner closely with leasing, asset management, operations, construction, project management, and accounting teams to optimize asset value and client outcomes. Champion innovation, technology adoption, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
