Insight Global is seeking a VoIP Integrator for a Montreal‑based contact center and telecommunications firm known for delivering high‑quality customer experience solutions. In this role, you’ll support the integration and delivery of contact center projects by configuring solutions, executing integrated testing, validating customer requirements, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting continuous platform improvements. You’ll work closely with technical leads and support teams across on‑site, client, and remote environments, with exposure to platforms such as Genesys Cloud and other leading CCC solutions.
