Position Summary

The Vision Centre Manager is responsible for all day-to-day activities affecting the people, operations and merchandise within Division 30. The Vision Centre Manager must also see that the Vision Centre operates according to Wal‑Mart policy, professional standards, provincial and federal regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Reports to the DM for professional services.
• Accountable to deliver sales budget and control wages according to P&L.
• Develops the optical business through executing programs as well as promoting the Walmart brand.
• Builds collaborative relationships with optometrists and other healthcare providers in Walmart and within the community.
• Troubleshoots and problem solves issues to ensure excellent customer experience.
