Salary: $4,700 – $6,700 per month (based on experience)
Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Virtual Recruiter to attract and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings. The responsibilities of a Virtual Recruiter include sourcing potential candidates through online channels, conducting virtual interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, superb communication skills, and a passion for helping people find their perfect job. Ultimately, the Virtual Recruiter should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements. Key Responsibilities: Identify and attract suitable candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
Conduct initial screening and interviews via video conferencing tools.
