As Vice-President of the Capital Markets Structuring and Syndication group, you help structure and set up bank financing transactions for large corporations. This includes analyzing financing needs, sketching out transaction structures and reviewing legal documents. In this role, you help the business development teams structure loans, present financing offers to clients and negotiate terms.
