This role is well suited for a lawyer with a strong legal foundation who is motivated to grow, learn, and take on broader enterprise-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the President and Board, focusing on legal, audit, and risk matters.

  • Act as the principal liaison between the Board of Directors and executive management, supporting governance processes.

  • Support the development and maintenance of corporate governance practices and policies.
