As a VBDC sales agent, you are the first contact of web customers who have shown an interest in a new or used vehicle. Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to come to the dealership.
The Key Responsibilities Include
Achieving and exceeding the VBDC’s objectives with respect to customer service standards, sales objectives, call duration and other objectives.
Demonstrate professionalism at all times: on the phone and in emails.
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
About You
Strong communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging, thoughtful and relevant content for press releases and bylines.
Bilingualism (English and French)
Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, and good judgment.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience and ability to identify a sales opportunity.
