This 6-month contract position requires processing invoices in Coupa and Oracle while ensuring queries are handled efficiently in ServiceNow. You will serve as a backup within the invoice team and support AP Aging reconciliations among other tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Process invoices accurately with Coupa and Oracle • Upload invoices using More4Apps effectively • Manage queries from ServiceNow and resolve them • Collaborate on urgent payment coordination • Conduct reconciliation of aged accounts as needed Requirements: • 3-5 years’ experience in AP processes • Strong analytical and communication skills • Detail-oriented with great time management • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office • Experience working with external partners a plus
