Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager.
**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
Lead all production activities for the Commercial Distribution Products facility, located in Juarez, Mexico.
Interface closely with all manufacturing support functions, including Manufacturing Engineering, Customer Service, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, Quality and Design Engineering.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Define, track, and report key business measures related to the product line.
- Manage and direct all production activities.
- Prepare short term and long term business plans that drive for a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the development of the Plant Strategic Alignment.
- Actively support the marketing/sales and product development plans for Juarez CRDS.
