Strategic Research Leadership: Act as the primary research consultant for five distinct digital squads (including Mobile, Web, Theatrical Connect, and Ticketing).

End-to-End Methodology: Design and execute a mix of moderated, iterative, generative, and evaluative research. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans that answer critical design questions.

Guerrilla & Field Testing: Conduct in-person guerrilla testing at our theater and entertainment locations to capture real-world guest behaviors and feedback.
