This role is primarily focused on managing customer product, SELECT, fulfilment and invoicing. In addition, the potential candidate will work with the Bentley Sales to maximize Bentley’s revenue opportunity in Japan through effective management and administration of SELECT contracts.
**Responsibilities:**
Order processing - release Quotation to Order or Contract, order change in Salesforce and Workday to trigger fulfilment and billing/invoicing customer.
Contract Management - administration, review, and analysis of contracts to ensure compliance with contract specifications, company policies, and government regulations; Entering contracts into system and maintaining customer pricing information, SELECT contract renewal, quotation, billing and cancellation in Salesforce and Workday.
