Location: In office at 600 March Rd. Ottawa, Canada.
Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of methodology and practices of social science research.
Work with cross-functional team members to define and prioritize research and develop UX metrics.
Conduct empirical research to identify and extract meaningful patterns of user behavior.
Generate user experience insights that will help drive product improvements.
Qualifications
Currently a candidate for a Master’s, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in Human Psychology, Human-Centred Design, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.
