Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
Acquire used vehicles for retail sales, with a focus on sourcing through a busy service drive
Desk vehicle sales deals
Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of used vehicles for delivery
Effectively manage leads and personally engage with all retail used sales traffic at the dealership
Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs
Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institution's current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs
Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
