US Payroll Lead

Location : Remote (Mexico)

Schedule : Full-time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Summary

We are seeking a US Payroll Lead to oversee a team of Payroll Specialists and

ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for multiple U.S.-based clients. This

role combines leadership, payroll operations, client support, and hands-on payroll

responsibilities. The ideal candidate has experience managing U.S. payroll in a

fast-paced, multi-client environment and is comfortable leading teams, meeting

deadlines, and communicating directly with clients.

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Advanced English (written and verbal)

• 1+ year of administrative experience
