The Underwriting Assistant plays a key role in supporting the underwriting team by helping to deliver accurate risk assessments and high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Underwriting Support Supervisor, this role supports the day-to-day underwriting and business development operations across regional hubs in Canada.

It’s a great stepping stone into underwriting, offering hands‑on experience, exposure to technical tasks, and collaboration across teams—all while contributing to meaningful, client‑focused insurance solutions.
