Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth in Private & Non‑Profit, Financial Lines by working on creative solutions for complex risks.
• Underwrite a range of new and renewal business, using your relationship building skills.
• Work closely with brokers to communicate risk appetite and our value proposition, and understand deal structures, terms and products that best meet clients’ needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions, and deal structure with brokers and clients.
• Generate new business by expanding your broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market.
