Open position for Underground Shift Supervisor at Red Chris Mine in northern British Columbia. This role works on a 14‑shift on / 14‑shift off FIFO rotation.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager (or designate), the Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety of all underground personnel and daily activities in the underground mine.

• Ensure full understanding and compliance with company policies/procedures and work in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and other local regulatory agencies to promote safe work behaviour.
• Supervise and lead the day‑to‑day activities and development mining of the primary underground access decline.
• Train/mentor others in hard rock underground mining best practices.
